Refund policy
We know that sometimes things don’t quite work out - little ones grow fast & fits can be tricky especially when they're handmade! If something isn’t right, kumba kyds happily accepts returns on all full-price items that meet the conditions below. We’re pleased to offer either a full refund or a size exchange (subject to availability).
Items purchased on sale aren’t eligible for a refund or exchange, but they can be returned for store credit unless marked “sale.”
Items marked “sale” aren’t eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
A Few Things to Note
Returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase.
Items must be returned with original tags and packaging, just as they arrived.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and in a condition ready for their next adventure.
Before sending anything back, please email us at hello@kumbakyds.au so we can provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number and simple return instructions.
Refunds apply to full-price items only.
Sale items or items purchased using discount codes or promotions will
receive a store credit. Exchanges aren’t available on sale items.
Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
How to Send It Back
Email hello@kumbakyds.au to receive your RA number and return instructions.
Download and complete the Returns Form, and pop it in with your return.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
We take great pride in the quality of everything we make. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please reach out to us at hello@kumbakyds.au, and our friendly team will help find the right solution.
For peace of mind, we recommend sending all returns via a trackable postal service. kumba kyds can’t be responsible for lost parcels, so please hold onto your tracking details until your return safely reaches us. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
“Final Sale” applies to all sample and warehouse sale items, as well as any items specifically marked with this term.
