Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Local Delivery (Margaret River)

We offer local delivery within the Margaret River region.

Local delivery availability, fees, and delivery timeframes will be confirmed at checkout. If your address is eligible, a local delivery option will be displayed during checkout.

Alternatively, customers within the Margaret River area may be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to delays outside of our control, particularly during busy times of year, natural disasters, etc.
